History

La Finca was born in 1984 when Susi Díaz, a self-taught chef, founded her restaurant in an old farmhouse with more than 100 years of history. For four decades, Susi has been connected to cooking since childhood thanks to her two grandmothers, who educated her in the values of effort and tenacity. In 2005 it received a sun in the Campsa guide, followed in 2006 by the Michelin star that it has maintained year after year. In 2025, La Finca reached a new milestone by achieving three Soles in the Repsol Guide.

The La Finca Golf & Spa Resort complex is organized around Susi Díaz's original restaurant, a century-old Alicante farmhouse that has been restored several times. The golf course designed by Pepe Gancedo represents one of his most mature works, with greens totally different from each other.

The Surroundings

La Finca is located in Partida de Perleta, in Elche, surrounded by the famous palm groves that have made Elche a World Heritage Site. A few kilometers away is the historic center of Elche with its Palm Grove and the Misteri d'Elx, also declared a World Heritage Site.
