Ibiza Gran Hotel

Ibiza Gran Hotel opened its doors in 2008 as the only 5 Star Grand Luxury hotel on the island, marking a before and after in Ibiza's hotel offer. The project was born with the vision of creating an urban resort that fused contemporary art, avant-garde architecture and the free spirit of the island. Since its inauguration, the hotel has positioned itself as a destination for luxury and culture lovers, hosting the International Music Summit annually between 2008 and 2013. The integration of art into its DNA was fundamental from the beginning: more than thirty contemporary artists participated in the creation of specific works for the hotel's spaces, generating a unique harmony between life, art and architecture. The casino, designed by Patricia Urquiola, was inaugurated as the only one on the island, offering a nightlife proposal that combines distinction, class and art. In 2021, the hotel reached a new gastronomic milestone when Óscar Molina's La Gaia became the first hotel restaurant in Ibiza to receive a Michelin star.

The architecture of the Ibiza Gran Hotel responds to a concept of urban oasis where contemporary design and tranquility define the experience. The building's five floors represent the elements earth, air, water, sky and life, a philosophy that translates into luminous spaces with more than 365 works of art that bring an avant-garde vibe to the whole. The 187 loft-style suites, with bamboo furniture and state-of-the-art technology, were designed to maximize views of the harbor and Dalt Vila. The 20-meter-high lobby houses a stunning piece of Japanese art that sets the artistic tone for the hotel. The casino, designed by Patricia Urquiola, represents one of the most outstanding design interventions, with a glamorous aesthetic that evokes the world of James Bond.

The hotel is located on Passeig Joan Carles I, opposite the exclusive port of Marina Botafoch, one of the most coveted enclaves of Ibiza. The privileged location allows panoramic views of the marina, the luxurious boats and, in the background, Dalt Vila, the walled city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. A few meters away are Marina Ibiza and the promenade that connects to the heart of the city. The area is the epicenter of Ibiza's social and nightlife, with immediate access to signature restaurants, luxury boutiques and the island's most emblematic clubs. The nearest beach is within walking distance, while Ibiza airport is a 15-minute drive away.
