Hotel Rural LIVVO Maipez occupies a completely renovated 19th century Canarian house that preserves the identity of a legendary Canarian residence. The name 'Maipez' comes from a rocky crag resulting from eruptions of several nearby volcanoes, a geological element that characterizes the property. The preservation of the ancient stone walls, combined with the perfect integration of wooden decoration and iron furniture, enhances the beauty of the traditional Canarian architecture. The 30,000 m² estate is guarded by the Maipez - the lava flow that gives it its name - and surprises with its natural surroundings and exquisite Canarian architecture. The renovation respected the historic roots while incorporating modern amenities such as spa, sports facilities and relaxation spaces.

19th century Canarian house of traditional architecture with preserved original volcanic stone walls, which are combined with hardwood decoration and wrought iron furniture characteristic of Canarian rural houses. The construction respects the canons of the vernacular architecture of the archipelago: thick stone walls, ceilings with exposed wooden beams, interior patios and large windows that take advantage of the Atlantic light. The complex is embraced by the beautiful landscapes of the Guiniguada Ravine, combining tradition and comfort under the authentic Canarian seal. The 30,000 m² estate includes gardens, traditional farming areas and the Maipez volcanic rock overlooking the property. The 11 rooms maintain the rustic-elegant character with high ceilings, solid wood furniture and Canarian textiles.
