Privileged location
Can Cera is an authentic 17th-century palace hidden in the heart of Palma, among cobblestone streets and historic buildings. Miguel Conde and his wife Cristina Martí have carefully restored the old palace, where the soul of the house is palpable in every room and their passion for art and design is visible in every corner. The palace has been transformed into an intimate hotel of only 14 rooms where Mallorca's rich history and contemporary design merge seamlessly.

The noble architecture of the 17th-century palace is complemented by iconic designs from Carl Hansen and Jean Prouvé, ethereal lighting by Davide Groppi and Matteo Ugolini. Natural materials like stone, marble and wood anchor the design, evoking Mallorca's artisan roots. Local artists like Jaume Roig and Adriana Meunié contribute with their artisan ceramics and textiles, while Jordi Alcaraz's iron sculptures add a contemporary touch. These elements coexist harmoniously, telling ancestral stories through a modern visionary expression. Magnificent antiques, theatrical floor-to-ceiling curtains and evocative lighting create interiors that exude intimacy and character.
