Hotel Orfila

The Hotel Orfila is a small palace built in 1886 in imperial style. During the 1920s, the building gained fame for the theatrical performances that took place within its walls. In 1999, the mansion was transformed into a hotel, respecting the majestic style of the time and installing the comforts of a luxury establishment. Just one year after its opening, the hotel joined the Relais & Châteaux chain, the most prestigious hotel group in the world. The current décor perfectly blends elegance and classicism with a contemporary touch, while maintaining its original character as a nineteenth-century palace.

The imperial style palace was carefully remodeled following strict quality criteria. The decoration combines patterned fabrics, velvets, damasks, marbles, bronzes and noble woods that define the aesthetics and pace of life of the 19th century. Trompe-l'oeil effects in the landscaped courtyard create the illusion of an infinite space.
